Ruby Leftstep needs little more to run than room to dance.

Formed in 2021, Ruby Leftstep has cultivated a tight knit community of fans in and around New Hartford, Connecticut, emphasizing the importance of "Doing It Yourself." Their debut EP The Ground Up was recorded over the course of a summer in closets, basements and living rooms with whatever gear was available. On top of studio work, the band has collaborated with numerous local bands to put on themed shows all around Connecticut.
