August 2-13: Jury Review
August 15: 5:00 pm Entrants notified by email
August 31: Receiving accepted entries from 8 am to 6 pm in the New England Center
September 1: Judging, closed to the public
October 2: Release of exhibits from 12 pm to 7 pm
October 3: Release of exhibits from 8 am to 1 pm
November 1: All unclaimed items become the property of Eastern States Exposition and will be disposed of as deemed necessary.
