Maine Potato Board - Enjoy Maine-grown potatoes, harvested from Maine’s farms in "The County" and proudly served to fairgoers. This classic meal in a peel is baked fresh, with a fluffy texture and delicate skin. It’s ready for a dollop of whipped cream, or all the toppings! The line starts outside the Maine Building. While waiting, you can try your ‘Tater Trivia as you decide how you’ll top your baked potato.
