Tickets

Yes, all ages require a ticket. We do not permit lap seating and strollers are not permitted in the seating area.

If you lost your ticket, go to www.thebige.com/findmyorder. Eastern States Exposition assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets. Each ticket contains a unique code and can only be redeemed once.

Can you purchase tickets day of show?

Yes, pending availability, you can purchase tickets until 8pm day of show. Tickets can be purchased online, onsite at The Big E Box Office or at the self-service kiosk located at the entrance to The Big E Arena. Please note that admission to The Big E is included with your concert ticket, so purchase in advance of arriving at the grounds!

Do tickets include general admission to The Big E?

Yes, all concert tickets include gate admission when purchased in advance of show date. If you have a physical ticket, do not throw out your ticket upon entering the grounds. It will need to be scanned again at The Big E Arena prior to entering the venue.

Are tickets from third-party resellers authentic?

The only way we can guarantee your ticket is authentic, and that you are allowed entry, is if you purchase your ticket from TheBigE.com or The Big E Box Office. The Big E is the only exclusive provider of The Big E Arena concert tickets. Eastern States Exposition is not liable for any counterfeit tickets. In the event of a show cancellation, Eastern States Exposition will not reimburse tickets purchased from a third party.

What are the Box Office hours?

We recommend purchasing all concert tickets online at TheBigE.com. However, the Box Office in the Coliseum is open from 9am-8pm during The Big E. The Box Office can be reached at (413) 205-5109 or at boxoffice@TheBigE.com.

What time do doors open?

Venue doors open at 5:30pm, unless otherwise stated. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the show time to assure you don’t miss a minute!

General Policies

Is re-entry permitted?

Once you have entered the venue, you may not exit and re-enter. Re-entry is not permitted for safety reasons. The Big E Arena is equipped with food, drink and restroom facilities.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, you can bring your camera into the venue, but no video or audio recording is permitted during the performance. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices and drones are prohibited. Recording and transmission at concerts is prohibited. Individuals who violate this rule will be removed from the venue immediately.

Can I smoke or vape?

The Big E Arena is a non-smoking facility. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I bring outside food and beverage into The Big E Arena?

Yes, you can bring food or drinks purchased on The Big E grounds into the Arena. However, no glass bottles are permitted in the venue.

Can I bring a stroller or wagon into the venue?

Strollers and wagons are not permitted in the venue. Please return both to your vehicle prior to attending a show.

What is The Big E’s Covid Policy?

Eastern States Exposition follows current health guidelines of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Town of West Springfield. Visit TheBigE.com for the latest protocols.

Can I bring a sign with me into the venue?

Signs are discouraged since they often disrupt the experience of other concertgoers. Please note that not all artists allow signs at their shows and specific policies regarding signs may not be disclosed prior to the date of the event. Attendees are permitted to bring handheld signs only; attaching signs to sticks or poles is prohibited. Signs cannot obstruct the view of other concertgoers or contain derogatory content or explicit language. We prioritize a positive experience for all guests, and any action that negatively impacts another attendee's experience could lead to the confiscation of the sign and/or removal from the venue.

Something is disrupting my concert experience!

If for some reason someone or something is ruining your concert experience, please do not hesitate to find an usher or venue security to handle the situation. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion and to refrain from conduct and language that would be offensive and/or disruptive to performers or fellow attendees.

Is wheelchair viewing available?

The Big E Arena has a dedicated wheelchair viewing platform at every show. It is located in front of Bleachers Section V.

Tickets can be purchased online or by calling The Big E Box Office at (413) 205-5109. If the show is sold out, that means there are no more wheelchair seats available.

Electric scooters are not permitted on the wheelchair viewing platform.

How many companion seats are available per wheelchair?

Pending availability, three companion seats are permitted per wheelchair on the wheelchair platform.

The wheelchair platform is sold out. Can you make accommodations for me in another section?

Pending availability in the Floor sections, we may be able to accommodate you and your group. Please send inquiries to boxoffice@thebige.com.

Are electric scooters allowed in the venue?

No, electric scooters are not permitted in The Big E Arena.

Do you have interpreters at shows?

Submit inquiries to entertainment@thebige.com.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Unless the show is cancelled, The Big E Arena has a no refund policy.

What happens if the show is cancelled?

Tickets will be reimbursed if an event is cancelled.

How will I be alerted if a show is cancelled?

The ticket purchaser will receive a message to the email address submitted at time of the purchase. Day of show cancellations will be publicized on TheBigE.com and The Big E's various social accounts.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The show will take place rain or shine. In the event of thunderstorms or a threat of lightning, the start time may be delayed until the weather clears. Severe weather may result in the cancellation of the performance. Open umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue.
