Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, all ages require a ticket. We do not permit lap seating and strollers are not permitted in the seating area.
I lost my ticket. What can I do?
If you lost your ticket, go to www.thebige.com/findmyorder. Eastern States Exposition assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets. Each ticket contains a unique code and can only be redeemed once.
Can you purchase tickets day of show?
Yes, while supplies last, you can purchase tickets until 8pm day of show online or onsite at The Big E Box Office. Please note that admission to The Big E is included with your concert ticket, so purchase in advance!
Are tickets from third-party resellers authentic?
The only way we can guarantee your ticket is authentic, and that you are allowed entry, is if you purchase your ticket from TheBigE.com or The Big E Box Office. The Big E is the only exclusive provider of The Big E Arena concert tickets. Eastern States Exposition is not liable for any counterfeit tickets. In the event of a show cancellation, Eastern States Exposition will not reimburse tickets purchased from a third party.
What are the Box Office hours?
We recommend purchasing all concert tickets online at TheBigE.com. However, the Box Office in the Coliseum is open from 9am-8pm during The Big E. The Box Office can be reached at (413) 205-5109 or at boxoffice@TheBigE.com.
Are wheelchair seats available?
The Big E Arena has dedicated wheelchair seats allotted per each show. Wheelchair seats are marked on the seat map and can be purchased online or by calling The Big E Box Office at (413) 205-5109. If the show is sold out, that means there are no more wheelchair seats available.
Electric scooters are not permitted in The Big E Arena.
What time do doors open?
Venue doors open at 5:30pm. Check the respective event pages on our website. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the show time to assure you don’t miss a minute!
General Policies
Is re-entry permitted?
Once you have entered the venue, you may not exit and re-enter. Re-entry is not permitted for safety reasons. The Big E Arena is equipped with food, drink and restroom facilities.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, you can bring your camera into the venue, but no video or audio recording is permitted during the performance. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices and drones are prohibited. Recording and transmission at concerts is prohibited. Individuals who violate this rule will be removed from the venue immediately.
What is The Big E’s Covid Policy?
Eastern States Exposition follows current health guidelines of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Town of West Springfield. Visit TheBigE.com for the latest protocols.
Something is disrupting my concert experience!
If for some reason someone or something is ruining your concert experience, please do not hesitate to find an usher or venue security to handle the situation. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion and to refrain from conduct and language that would be offensive and/or disruptive to performers or fellow attendees.
Cancellations & Refunds
What happens if there is inclement weather?
The show will take place rain or shine. In the event of thunderstorms or a threat of lightening, the start time may be delayed until the weather clears. Severe weather may result in the cancellation of the performance. Open umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue.
