Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Big E. Vendor applications for the 2026 Fair will be available on our website beginning Mid to late January. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to apply for future opportunities. Thank you again for considering The Big E.

Each year, returning exhibitors and concessionaires are reviewed and may be invited to renew their space. New applicants are chosen based on product uniqueness, display quality, and space availability. All applications receive full consideration. Exhibit selection begins in January and continues through the summer.

Requirements for Exhibitor Spaces:

• Professionally built displays
• Display cases and/or solid counters
• Back and side hard walls
• Professional signage
• Indirect lighting
• Credit and debit payment options available at all transaction points
• Staffed daily for all 17 days of the Fair from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

If you are selected to receive an agreement, please note the following payment and insurance requirements:

1. Agreement Submission: Once you receive your agreement, you will have one month to return the executed agreement along with one-third (1/3) of the rental fee.
2. Final Payment: The remaining balance of the rental fee is due June 30.
3. Certificate of Insurance: Our office must receive all insurance certificates and/or waivers no later than June 30.
