Fiber Nook

The Fiber Nook showcases sustainable New England Agriculture as well as promoting fiber education. Free demonstrations are offered to fairgoers passing through that are interested in acquiring unique techniques to share with others. Demonstrations include but are not limited to spinning, felting and loom weaving. Make the Fiber Nook a one stop shop for all of your fiber accessories and hand craft needs.

This is a great place to get a jump start on Christmas Shopping for those with all interests. We feature locally made artisan yarn, locally made felting kits, alpaca products and much more. Felting kits make a great project for those with a limited amount of time. Don’t wait to stock up on winter weather gear as colder weather rolls in, the Fiber Nook offers a tremendous variety of everything you will need to stay warm this holiday season. Winter weather wear includes handmade gloves, mittens, socks, scarves, hats and much more. Locally made wool blankets are also available for those looking for a more natural product to put on their beds.

The Fiber Nook is a world class destination - a cultural center where inspiration and education happens every day.

Please Note: in 2017, the Fiber Nook will be moving! It will be in a prime location, right near the wine and cheese barn and the Christmas Trees. Be sure to stop by!
