Feed store order forms are available now.

There is a $10 fee to unload or load large hay and straw bales. Please contact the feed store at 413-205-5307 to arrange this.

Hay and straw storage inside the barns is limited. Any hay or straw kept in the barns must remain tidy and out of the aisles at all times. Additional storage will be available in a tent outside the Mallary Complex, and exhibitors are encouraged to use this area.

All animals entering the show grounds must comply with Massachusetts and national animal health regulations. Exhibitors are required to present an official health certificate, issued by a licensed veterinarian dated January 1, 2025, or later.

Any animal showing signs of illness, including but not limited to fever, open wounds, coughing, nasal discharge, ringworm, or warts, may be dismissed from the premises at the discretion of the show officials and/or an on-site health inspector. Exhibitors are responsible for the care and well-being of their animals throughout the event. Failure to comply with these health rules may result in disqualification.

Late Mallary Camping Request Form

In 2024, we introduced a reservation process for the Mallary Camping Lot, and we’re continuing it in 2025 with a few key updates:

⭐ Camping Request Form Opens: May 30, 2025
⭐ Camping Request Form Deadline: June 30, 2025 (midnight)
⭐ Confirmation Notification: Expect a confirmation or waitlist notice by mid-July
⭐ Final Confirmation: Sent before the fair.
⭐ Improved Form: Updated for better user-friendliness
