The Big E hosts over one million people each September during our 17-day event and the staff at our Transportation Center greet more than 800 motor coaches of tour groups.
The first stop for groups is our 18,250 square-foot Transportation Center with restrooms, shower facility, waiting area and concession stands. Located at Gate 1 and behind the Avenue of States, the building’s tall clock tower is easy to find at any point during the day.
Tour group guests to our fair can stroll through the Avenue of States, Storrowton Village and the grounds filled with shopping, entertainment, midway rides and foods from around the world -- all during New England’s most colorful season!
Large tour groups can enjoy delicious catered meal service together during their visit to The Big E. A variety of options are available for various group sizes and tastes.

The best stop for savory chicken, hot off the grill, with all your favorite fix-ins. Informal atmosphere, fast, friendly service and the comfort of knowing you are supporting philanthropic goals.
STORROWTON TAVERN - Daily from 11am - 9pm • Groups of 20 - 120
Individuals and groups can enjoy five-star dining and white linen service at this original 1800’s New England tavern, serving traditional New England fare and chef specialties with an Italian flair. The tavern is open daily, year-round, and during the Fair.
THE DEEP SOUTH COMPANY - Daily from 10am - 10pm • Groups of 20-50
Southern Food and Southern Style Cocktail Bar, located near The Big E's Flag Plaza. Everything from gumbo, fried chicken and waffles to country-style BBQ and more, plus full bar service available.
