A longtime exhibitor at The Big E from the 1960's to 1990's, Faye and her father, George Allis, and mother Alice Allis, exhibited quality Brown Swiss. Allis Acres was a very well known name among Local, Regional and National Brown Swiss and dairy exhibitors. In 1979, Faye had Grand Champion at The Big E with a Norvic Lilasons Beautician daughter, and won numerous championships with this cow and others. Faye and her family were also instrumental in many 4-Hers and other young Swiss enthusiasts getting their first and/or early Brown Swiss. Faye was especially adept at fitting, showing and having Allis Acres show string looking their very best. She was also active in Massachusetts Canton and New England Brown Swiss Association for many years.
