The Big E | Exhibitor Info

The Big E is largest event on the East Coast and our Fair attracts over 1.6 million people over its 17-day run. We are always looking for exhibits that have new and different products from those we annually present. In order for us to consider your exhibit and product presentation, we will need you to complete one of the forms provided below.

New Applicants

Previous exhibitors and concessionaires are given consideration on an annual basis and may be invited to contract for the same space. New applicants are selected based on the uniqueness of the product/service, appearance of the display and availability of space. Applications will be held on file year after year, and reviewed each year pending availability. All applications will receive due consideration. Exhibit selection will begin in January and continues through the summer.

Display cases and/or solid counters
Back and Side Hard walls
Professionally Signage
Indirect Lighting
All vendor and exhibit spaces MUST offer credit and debit capabilities for customers at all register and transaction locations.
All vendor and exhibit spaces must be manned for the entire 17 days of the Fair, from 10am to 10pm.

Thank you for expressing your interest in becoming a food vendor at The Big E. Applications to become a vendor at the 2024 Big E are currently open.

Contracting and Booth Payment

If you are selected to receive an agreement, you will be given one month to return the executed agreement along with one-third (1/3) of the rental fee. The balance is due during summer.

Certificate of Insurance

Your certificate of insurance must be received by our office no later than July 15; if you are purchasing insurance through Eastern States Exposition, payment of $250 must be received by our office no later than July 15. Please refer to the Exhibitor’s Manual for all insurance requirements.
