Campbell McOuat owns and operated Mapleburn Farm with this wife Nadia, and his parents, Jamie and Colleen. Campbell and his wife have 3 children, Lyle, Olivia and Austin.
They milk approximately 70 registered Ayrshires, and 20 registered Holsteins. The Ayrshire herd average is just over 20,000 lbs. The current herd classification is 17 EX 46 VG 15GP.
The Mapleburn herd has been awarded their 2nd Master Breeder Shield from Ayrshire Canada in 2020. They have also had numerous All-Canadian nominations over the past 20 years. In 1999 they exhibited the Jr. Champion at World Dairy Expo with Mapleburn BBBK Fancy.
Campbell has judges numerous Ayrshire shows in Canada, in Finland, and also had the honour of judging the Ayrshire Show at The Sydney Royal in Australia.
