Each event will feature a four-course menu with a New England-based spirit paired with unique chef-selected dishes. Must be 21+ to participate. Featuring V-One Vodka, Broad Brook Brewing Company, Dry Line Cape Cod Gin, Sons of Liberty Single and Barrel Bourbon.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 - V-One Vodka Hadley, MA
1 - V-One Triple Berry, Cranberry Juice, Orange Zest & Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
Paired with watermelon and tomato tini with mint and feta cheese
2 - V-One Vanilla, Pear Nectar, Lime Juice & Ginger Beer
Paired with ahi tuna slider with kimchi
3 - V-One Coconut, Pomegranate Liqueur, Cranberry Juice & Muddled Blueberries
Paired with coconut encrusted snapper
4 - V-One Hazelnut, Maple Syrup & Cream (rocks)
Paired with sea salt chocolate mousse with caramel drizzle

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 - New England Beers
1 - Narragansett Lager – Lager • 5.0% - Brewed with six-row malt, a secret blend of Pacific Northwest hops and corn from Iowa – this beer is clean, crisp, refreshing and perfectly balanced.
Paired with blackened kielbasa with chive potato salad
2 - The Shed Mountain Ale – English Strong Ale • 7.5% - This unfiltered English Strong Ale is a medium to full-bodied ale, with pronounced caramel and toffee notes, followed by a roasted finish. A moderate hop bitterness is derived from generous kettle additions of Mt. Hood and Northern Brewer hops.
Paired with grilled romaine with smoked BBQ shrimp
3 - Ipswich Original IPA – English Style IPA • 6.3% - Ipswich Original IPA is an unfiltered cross between an English and American IPA, with a strong, dry bitterness balanced with a slight malty sweetness.
Paired with coffee spiced rub pork shoulder with dirty rice
4 - Foolproof Raincloud – Porter • 6.5% - Dark, smooth and mysterious, this rich and flavorful porter is brewed with chocolate and crystal malts and a subtle blend of European hops.
Paired with double fudge jalapeño cupcake with cream cheese frosting

1 - Dry Line Cape Cod Gin, Apple Cider, Cinnamon-Honey Simple Syrup & Splash of Lime Juice
Paired with pulled pork with orchard apple compote
2 - Dry Line Cape Cod Gin, Koval Ginger Liqueur, Lime Juice & Ginger Beer
Paired with Korean shrimp taco
