Thank you for your interest in exhibiting during the 2008 Big E, which will be presented at the Eastern States Exposition September 12-28. The Big E is the largest fair in the northeast and we annually attract over one million people through our gates.
We are always looking for exhibits that have new and different products from those we annually present.
In order for us to consider your exhibit and product presentation, we will need the following information:
Step 1 - Send a letter of intent (we do not use applications) including:
a.) A list of products you will be selling
b.) A list of other shows in which you have participated
c.) A photograph of your display or artist rendering
Please note: We require professionally built displays that include back and side hard walls, counters (no draped tables), indirect lighting, carpeting, etc.
Step 2 - Mail the information to:

Once the package is received and the Sales department has reviewed the information, a letter will be mailed to the potential exhibitor. Please be patient.
Renewals and New Applicants
Previous exhibitors and concessionaires are given first opportunity to contract for the same space unless performance has been unsatisfactory. Because of the large number of requests for space and the large percentage of exhibitors and concessionaires who wish to return each year, we usually only have limited space available to new applicants or current exhibitors who wish additional space. Therefore, it is usually April or May before space vacancies can be determined for new applicants.
