The food is the hit of the Fair and it's time to dig in! There are hundreds of food locations on the grounds, from sit-down dining at Storrowton Tavern to grab-and-go sandwiches, salads and deep-fried “everything,” you’re sure to find something to please your palate. Here's a taste of what's new this year!
Belgian Waffle Sandwich – Two thin waffles served hot and fresh with Neapolitan Hard Ice Cream in the middle from Amy's Sweet Treats on Commonwealth Avenue.
The Burger Bomb – A 5 oz. burger with cheese, bacon, onions and sauerkraut wrapped in a pastry dough, deep fried and served in a soft corn tortilla shell. Get it at Hofbra Joe's in the Food Court.
BBQ Brisket Sundae – Porky's sweet and savory sundae featuring apple crisp, homemade cornbread, garlic mashed potatoes, award winning pulled pork and coleslaw topped with a cherry tomato and finished with a drizzle of BBQ Sauce.
The Flatliner Burger – Huge double cheeseburger topped with chili, french fries, cheese sauce and bacon from the West Springfield Lions Club.
