Multi-platinum, international recording artist, Natasha Bedingfield, comes to The Big E's Comcast Arena Stage in West Springfield, Mass., Friday, September 12 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale July 11 at 10 a.m., online at www.TheBigE.com and The Big E Box Office.
Bedingfield garnered several Brit Award nominations in her native land before she "crossed the pond" and stole the hearts of Americans with her very personal, often autobiographical, lyrics. In 2007, Bedingfield was nominated for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance at the 2007 Grammy Awards for the title song off her debut album, Unwritten.
Her rhythmic pop sound influenced by R&B music has brought her international success and netted her numerous honors.
In 2005, she began her move to win over U.S. Pop fans with the American release of Unwritten. The U.S. version of her second album, released in Britain as N.B., is titled Pocketful of Sunshine, and features six songs from the British precursor alongside seven new ones. The CDs hits include "Love Like This," recorded with Sean Kingston, and "Pocketful of Sunshine" the album's title track.
Bedingfield has achieved 5 top ten singles in the United Kingdom to date and as of April 2008, she has sold over 10 million singles and albums worldwide.
Tickets are $30 each for the floor and center bleacher seats and $20 for the side bleacher seats and include Big E admission when purchased in advance of the show.
