All advance reservation requests must be paid in advance.

Equipment will be waiting at the bus lot manager's desk for your arrival. If equipment order is cancelled anytime prior to your date of arrival, your payment will be returned to you. Failure to show (arrive) will be deemed a full day's rental of equipment, with no refund due.

To pick up your reserved equipment, you will be required to show positive ID. Your ID/Drivers License will be held at the Bus Lot Manager's desk while equipment is in use, and will be returned to you when equipment is returned to the Bus Lot Manager.
