Every year The Big E strives to keep getting better and better by blending new and exciting exhibits, foods and entertainment with the timeless traditions that have established Eastern States Exposition as New England’s Great State Fair. The Big E has been able to seamlessly evolve with the times and has something for all ages to enjoy.

The 1964-65 New York World’s Fair, sponsored by Uncommon USA – Fifty years later, memories from the 1964-1965 New York World’s Fair are brought to life for visitors of all ages to experience with more than 250 pieces of World’s Fair artifacts and souvenirs from the collection of Mike Jacobson. See an original Mold-A-Rama machine, scale recreations of the Unisphere and Ford Pavilion as well as an authentic 1965 Ford Mustang, a 2015 Mustang 50th Anniversary Edition and much more!
A Grizzly Experience, sponsored by Chicopee Savings Bank – Get to know North America’s most prestigious predator, the Alaskan Grizzly Bear in an entertaining and educational show at the Avenue ShowPlace, Daily at noon, 3:30pm and 7:30pm.

Matunuck Oyster Bar –Talk about fresh food! Mantunuck brings you a great meal straight from the farm to the table! Raw bar, lobster rolls, fried clams, oysters, calamari, shrimp cocktail, clam chowder and fish and chips. Located on Commonwealth Ave.
Big E Bistro – Try some international cuisine at the new Big E Bistro. Frigo’s is serving Panini and giant one-pound meatballs; Pasticceria Italia has gelato, Apollo pastries, expresso and cappuccino; and the Burgundy Brook Café offers French meat pies, Danish and breads.

Fried Dough with the Works – Pop ‘n Fresh on West Road is adding fried dough variations to the menu, including the new maple syrup and bacon dough, a suggestion from Big E fairgoer Tanya Stipek! Other toppings include caramel, coconut glaze, chocolate, peanut butter, strawberries and nuts. Try the deep fried banana balls too!
Beer-A-Misu – The New England Craft Beer Pub on the Avenue of States is featuring Beer-A-Misu, a tasty take on an Italian specialty dessert, tiramisu, made with a chocolate fudge cake infused with stout beer and topped with chocolate or raspberry sauce, a creamy cannoli topping and chocolate sprinkles.
