Big E Express Shuttle Bus Service

Round trip transportation to the Fair via shuttle buses
from West Springfield Hotels & the Holyoke Mall.

 

Prices: Adults, $17; Children, $13.
Prices include round trip transportation and admission to the Fair.
Shuttle Ride Only: $5 round trip (age 6 and up).
Tickets at all locations.

 

Saturday and Sunday only

HOLYOKE MALL - Exit 15-Ingleside off I-91 - King Ward Shuttle Buses operate from the Holyoke Mall’s “White Parking Lot” next to Pier 1 Imports every 30 minutes 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Shuttle packages are sold on site 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Final weekend shuttle leaves The Big E at 11 p.m. Parking at the “White Lot” is free.

 

WEST SPRINGFIELD HOTEL/MOTEL SHUTTLE (for hotel guests) - King Ward buses run every hour beginning at 8:25 a.m., weekdays and 7:25 a.m., weekends. The bus stops at the Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Red Roof Inn, and Clarion Hotel. Shuttle packages are available at all hotels. Final hotel shuttle leaves The Big E at 11 p.m.

Fair Hours of Operation
Gates open at 8 a.m.
Most exhibits and buildings are open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Avenue of States & Storrowton Village: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Midway: Sunday - Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.;

              Saturday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. 
Craft Common: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

 

For the safety and security of all our guests, the following are not permitted through the gates at The Big E: Weapons (with or without permit); Ammunition; Knives, Alcohol/Drugs; Skateboards; Rollerblades; Luggage or other large bags.
All bags, purses and other items are subject to search. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 

Pet Policy
Fairgoers are not allowed to bring their pets through the gates during The Big E.

Exception: service animals.
