Butter Sculpture

Butter artist in-residence Jim Victor, dressed warmly and armed with a myriad of sculpting tools, takes to our specially designed cooler under the Mallary Rotunda, where he will sculpt an original piece of art from more than 600 pounds of butter donated by Agrimark/ Cabot Creamery. This year’s sculpture will depict a barefoot boy riding an ox through a field.
