Purchasing Big E tickets, Value Passes and Concert tickets online is easy, convenient and saves time. Use your "print at home" tickets to bypass ticket booths and let the fun begin!
TO MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
1. Visa, Discover or MasterCard credit card.
2. Adobe Acrobat Reader, Version 5 or later. Use the following link to download Adobe Acrobat Reader if it is not already installed on your computer: www.adobe.com
After installing Acrobat Reader, please read these instructions and press the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to begin the ticket purchase process.
BIG E TICKETS & VALUE PASSES
After selecting your tickets or Value Passes, you will be asked to enter some personal information to create a User ID and Password. Please use your email address for the User ID and remember your password if you need assistance from The Big E Box Office following your transaction.
Press the "Purchase Tickets" button and after your credit card transaction is approved, press the "Print Tickets and Invoice" button. Do not close the window without printing your tickets and invoice.
Note:Your name must match the name on your credit card exactly, or the transaction will not be authorized. A $2 per ticket convenience fee will be assessed.
