At every Big East a T-Shirt is produced that is given away to all the show's exhibitors as a memento. On the back of this special t-shirt, your farm, business and individual sponsorships can be purchased for $25 to help offset the cost of producing the T Shirts for our exhibitors. Platinum Sponsorship

$2000 Family Bar‐B‐Que
This sponsorship will make your farm or business the host of the Annual Family Bar B Que. This event usually has over 300 people in attendance. Your banner will be hung in the dining area and time allotted for your spokesperson to present before the meal.

Gold Sponsorship

$250 - The Big East Ring Book - This sponsorship offers a spot for a logo on the cover of The Big East class book, a listing of all participants by class, used by all participants and spectators throughout the weekend.

$250 - Pizza Party – Friday Evening– This sponsorship will allow your farm or business the opportunity to mingle with the exhibitors and their families. A sign of appreciation will be posted on the buffet table.

$250 - Hospitality Sponsor – This sponsorship will allow your farm or business the opportunity to mingle with the exhibitors as you sponsor complimentary coffee and donuts each morning in the show ring area. Signs of appreciation will be posted on the hospitality table.

$250 - Skill‐A‐Thon Sponsor – This event is a popular event for all youth, testing their working knowledge of the beef industry. Hosting this event on Saturday morning allows you to give a token of your business or farm to each participant plus your logo on all Award certificates and a sign denoting our appreciation will be placed near the
contest area.

Silver Sponsorship

$150 Show Ring – The Big East is three days of youth and cattle, Southern New England’s largest Jr. Beef show with participants from all six New England states, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. A sign with your name on it will be hung in the show ring; your name will be announced before every show and listed in the show’s ring book.

All sponsorships are entitled to space in the Trade Show. Other Trade Show booths are available at

The Big East event is sponsored and supported by the New England Junior Hereford Association, New England Angus Association, New England Junior Angus Association, New England Hereford Association, Southern New England Simmental Association and Eastern States Exposition, as well as local businesses and farms that are committed to preserving agriculture in the northeast.
