TRAFFIC ALERT Please be aware of the ongoing I-91 Viaduct Project in the Springfield area. Lane closures as described below, will take effect during the weekdays, however, construction could cause delays throughout the weekend as well. It is advisable to take Exit 3 from 91 Northbound to Route 5 North to Route 147 West (Memorial Avenue). Southbound traffic on I-91 should take Exit 13B to Route 5 South to Route 147 West (Memorial Avenue).
Signage will be in place directing traffic around the lane closures and to follow the detour routes, when necessary.
Those traveling through the area should follow the reduced speed limits and use caution. MassDOT encourages drivers to avoid the area and seek alternate routes to minimize delays.

Gillian N. Palmer, MBA, of Chicopee, Mass., was recently appointed to the American Bus Association (ABA) Marketplace Orientation Subcommittee for the 2017/2018 term. Palmer is the Business Development and Group Sales Coordinator at Eastern States Exposition.
