This is a 1 Day Competition!

Tuesday, September 16

The Creative Arts Department at Eastern States Exposition, also known as The Big E, is expanding its horizons to include other arts. The cake decorating competition is a new venue for encouraging aspects of the community that have not been involved in past Fairs. This will provide an opportunity to explore other Creative Arts competitions that are of a popular nature and in accordance with the ebb and flow of creative arts. This competition will continue to support the mission and purpose of the ESE to educate Fairgoers and to encourage local and regional participation, demonstration and competition.

There will be 2 sessions(all divisions eligible) of  competition: 9am and 3pm.

This competition is open to all cake decorators (beginners to masters), as well as culinary and cake decorating students. The intent of this competition is to provide an educational environment where entrants will receive constructive feedback on their creations.
