A new exhibit supporting the dairy industry can be viewed during the whole Fair called, Dairy to Doorstep: Milk Delivery in New England 1860-1960. This exhibit makes its final appearance in our very own Farm-A-Rama, after being on tour for several years. It tells the story of how milk traveled from the cow to New England kitchen tables. Be sure to visit our newly reconstructed butter sculpting barn made possible with the help of our continuing sponsorship with New England Dairy Promotion Board. Visit it during the Fair while, sculptor, Jim Victor, creates a milk delivery truck and delivery cow made completely out of butter. Back by popular demand is the Singing Refrigerator and the 3-A-Day of Dairy Quiz Show.
