The Special Theme encompasses all divisions, but is not required for entry. Each entry to be considered for the Special Theme, as indicated on the individual exhibitor entry forms, is judged within its division and section and on its ability to express the Special Theme. Please be sure to note on your entry form check off box if you wish your entry to be considered for Special Theme.
